Learn about the traditional craft of block printing in this workshop, located in the inspirational Kelmscott Manor, home of William Morris.
You will use my collection of over a hundred blocks to experiment with repeat patterns, use of colour and design. Starting on paper you will then have a chance to print onto a bag or tea towel to take home.

Skills and Heritage centre, Coleshill

Learn about the tradional craft of block printing in this workshop located in the Heritage and Skills centre at Coleshill .
You will use my collection of over a hundred blocks to experiment with repeat patterns, use of colour and design. Starting on paper you will then have a chance to print onto a fabric piece to take home.

RHS Rosemoor
Printing with Leaves
RHS Rosemoor is so beautiful and will inspire your designs in this workshop. We will gather leaves and grasses and you will learn how to prepare them for printing. You will use disperse dyes and prepare your own dye papers for printing your designs using the heat press. Each step will be demonstrated and using different techniques in the afternoon you will create some beautiful designs onto fabric.
